Does BRCC need a brick and mortar in MD? I would invest every dime and all my energy into that. At least 60 geologists have supported the Sphinx water erosion hypothesis which dates the civilization to be much older. This has been further supported by the finding of Gobekli Tepe which at least dates back to the 10th millennium BCE.
