Thing is, in this timeline by 1943 germany didn't have to worry about huge land war of attrition against USSR,it had access to all of the resources and slave labor to the west of Urals,and it had trapped and destroyed virtually all of the british army and 2/3rds of their navy in the Mediterranean. In TNO timeline, Sealion happens in summer 1943,around the time of IRL battle of Kursk,and Germans win because literally the only competition they have left is USA,which is busy getting its ass handed to itself in the pacific

it is. it's one of the few HOI4 mods where there's no sense of hope or "good". in this mod you come to a point where the countries that still either have racial segregation/apartheid (like south africa or the US) or are under a fascist dictatorship (like italy) are considered the good guys

It quite is. Even the "good guys" are not so good after all. Take the USA, for example, which literally has a path where Richard Nixon can continue the segregation and revoke the Civil Rights Act. Then, you have the worst of the worst, the crème de la crème of insanity and ideological fanatism in the SS Burgundy State. Even Aryans are put into work camps in that state and there are actual executions in order to upkeep the food supply, anyone who doesn't work, doesn't deserve food so they are killed. The only man who can live a decent life in that state is Himmler himself and his very close SS minions.

It'd also filled to the brim with errors in terms of its althistory: The Nazis were staunch opponents to the Atlantropa-Projekt (hence the whole "Lebensraum im Osten"), so it made zero sense to implement it. Same goes for the underdeveloped Italian forces magically beating the British in North Africa.
