Is it software? It's obviously sped up, but watching in slo-mo it *looks* like she's writing backwards on glass. You can see her concentrating on it, also in a couple places she leans back a bit to see where she's putting the pen.

@@pointerish being left handed when you write the hand passes over your text not the case in the video so she is in fact Right handed. Knowing she is right handed and the fact she is writing with what seems to be a left hand the image would have to pass through a mirror. The way she appears to “write backwards” is simply that the video image has been flipped horizontally with software, or more likely by photographing her in a mirror. She is right handed and writing forward on the back side of glass. For any who still doubt that the image has been flipped, notice that her hair is parted on her right side in her lessons, but on her left side in her Q&A video.

Your whiteboarding is really good, visually succinct and clear. I really appreciate the teaching style here. Professors tend to present this stuff as if it's the easiest and most straightforward thing, and it's counter-intuitively reassuring to be thinking "What the hell is even that?" and have the teacher shrug, grimace a little, and be like "Right? What the hell even *is* this? Let's take it apart and figure out."

Once you draw parallels to exponentiation (log is inverse of exp), the algebra gets much easier if you are familiar with exponent rules. The really cool part about logs is how they are calculated for non-integers!

i know this is probably outside the videos context, and im new here (but loving it), but the snail idea is pretty fun and cool. its also in a way used to figure out what c declarations mean (c as in the C programming language,. not sure how deep nancy goes, or if shes even interested in programming. just saying... love your stuff keep it up!
