Hello. Can you answer to my question please? My questio is about report. After downloading data why the icon Create Report is still inactive ?

Hi and thanks for the question. The data is downloaded using the free PEL software and can be viewed, printed, etc. from there. To create reports you need to have the Dataview software package. The create report icon only becomes active when Dataview is installed.
