For the people who are not old listeners of Logic he mad this Freestyle in 2013, and relized how good that would be for a verse to a song and already made majority of the songs for Under Pressure (2014 Album) so he ended up using it in The Incredible True Story (2015 Album) so yes this Freestyle came out before the Album and no I do not believe this whole video was 100% freestyle but after the beat droped and it became all accpella then yes from there out it was a freestyle, either way Logic will be one of the greats in Rap and I dont doubt that for a second

I llove logic no doubt it. But ive come across an epiphany. Logic needs to branch out more. Most of the things that he raps about is being the best and how he came up from the bottom.
