That's why I stopped producing music with words in it, I strictly play instruments and use hums and ahhhs for vocal segments which are all relatively short, someday I'll have lyrics to say, but I need to Meditate on the rap I write, my last music was pent up with negative energy (it's no longer available) my new music is inspired by a NDE it can be found on my page if yall wanted to check some of it out? I usually start with samples because it’ll be inspiration from a weird abstract realm. And I want to build the drums around that vibe. But sometimes I’ll do drums first if I hear really dope drums from a song I haven’t heard before like the KOD drums; it’s harder to make original loops like that though, because then when you take out the drums the sample sounds incomplete.
