Logical vs. Emotional Decisions

We are exposed to many sources of information in today's day and age. From this information we make our decisions. If we don't have all of the information... is it even possible to make the right one? Logic may be the foundation of every change initiative, but just laying out the logical and rational reasons for the change may not be enough to convince people that the change is worthwhile. We may have to appeal to their emotions from time to time...
