Hi @WasherTech my logik L814WM20 is stuck on E01 error. I have performed hard reset with main plug and opened and closed the door six times in 12 seconds. Drained from the right hand side bottom end. The washing machine is dry with no water inside. Could you please advise what else do i need yo fix this E01 error? As the washing machine is not starting at all.

Hi this normally means there’s an issue with the door lock so it may need to be replaced hope this helps

Doesn’t seem to be an awful machine so far, wouldn’t mind it as a daily driver if I had no choice however it is a Vestel and they’ve definitely got a few issues that put me off from getting another one (sensitive, one rinse on 60min cycle, weight issues etc)
