Hi! I need help with the logistic regression with multiple variables? Is it possible to use logistic regression to see if level of income (continuous) and race (factor?) and a particular disease can predict various outcomes?

You would need to use a multinomial logit model to generalize to a case of multi-class (rather than just binary) prediction. Logistic regression works well for binary output problems.
