You should give consideration to produce it in Imo state and Abia state. There are water packaging companies that can help you to make available the water during the conference.. That will help to reduce cost of transportion.

The trucks that carry load from idiroko boarder to Nigeria can carry 10,000 packs all at once. But the problem is can getting the truck. My uncle has two of the trucks but they are always busy

Pls let them hire lorrys from IDDO to convey water to d east. Couple with the d 40ft. I will advice you include pure water so everybody can have it all fingers arent equal.
