Mine seemed to uninstall itself. Google ghub and go to install. Ghub says it's already installed, but seems broken. Just follow the prompts and works like new for me.

I just go into task manager and close all G Hub/Logitech related stuff. One round of that usually fixes it. The people who made this thing really need to get fired though, if they weren’t already

I have tried this, I've even tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling. No matter what I do, the app gets stuck on the loading screen. Means half the buttons on my mouse don't work. Gonna have to get a different mouse, this is insane.

The problem can also be caused by the software not recognizing that a Logitech product is being used. Sometimes opening the app, then unplugging and replugging in the USB while it's loading will cause it to be recognized again.

I had the same problem, but try the one in the settings > installed apps, and there modify lghub, reinstall. (there is the little box about keeping the settings, I let it on and it didn't work, when I turned it off it worked well you just need to log back in)

Great I reinstalled it but now its not showing up on the install list...how Fing annoying. Fixed: So my process was this. 1. Yell. 2. Yell more. 3. Uninstall. 4. Reinstall. 5. Didn't work, repeats steps 1 - 4. 6. Still didn't work. Uninstall, tried the task manager. 7. Yell. 8. Reinstall. Fail. 9. Throw human. 10-50. Stop in services, run, stop, task manager uninstall, reinstall less updated version, run, stop, uninstall, delete, reinstall, uninstall, restart computer, watch a random youtube video....randomly starts working at some point.

Guys the solution for this error is easy when u uninstall the hub don't keep the settings download it fully fresh and this error happens when u don't turn off your mice while not working like overnight so this is the easiest solution.

Holy crap, logitech makes some crappy software. I got a G502 Hero and have had NOTHING but problems with this software, assigning keys, now it's stuck on the loading screen. It said there were 11 buttons...I only count 8. The logitech guy I talked with said after you install it from the net you don't need to be connected to the net.... WHAT A BUNCH OF LIARS!! Mine says uninstall NOT reinstall??? Just make an offline installer this is a PITA!!!! What a slimeball corporation... dam. You have to have the update service running to launch it??? I don't need your updater service... just make an offline installer.

If GHUB is not installed, install it and restart "services". Otherwise reinstall it, close and open "services" then it should be there. Helped me atleast.
