I wonder if the G635 cracks out around the ball joint area like its predecessor, the G35 did??? On the G35 model, the earmuffs hang and pivot from a cheap plastic ball joint that's clamped in place with 4 Philips head screws and two brittle plastic pieces. Most of the time, one or both plastic pieces that sandwiched the ball joint would begin to develop cracks within a couple of months of use, no matter how gentle I treated the headset. So, I wonder if the G635 has that same problem or has Logitech fixed this issue??? I also wonder if the software that comes with the G635 requires an internet connection and or the creation of an account to use it??? I totally loved the sound and features of the G35 so much that I just dealt with the fact that they would eventually crack out and become unwearable in less than a year. Because of this, I got good at repairing them with epoxy and fiberglass cloth, but that got old, specially when the G35 cost over $200.00 US. and for that price I shouldn't have to go through such trouble to keep the headset in working order. Logitech engineers needed to do a much better job!

the cable jack in this device is not working for my gaming laptop. My usb cable is not working because it is loose, so i have no choice to use the cable jack instead,but I can only hear the left side of the headset and the mic is not working. Please reply what i can do. THank you!

Guys dont buy this headset if you want to play FPS games cause they are just not loud enough.. They need amplifier or something to work as they should.. I had G933 and now I bought G635 thinking maybe they fixed it.. I was wrong.. Im just gonna return them and buy some other headset.. and they have a lot of firmwire and driver issues.. not good at all

Over the g933 the g635 with the 50mm drivers (both wired through a dac and amp) pulls out some nice details, but logitech software... DTS superstereo mode simply does not work on the 635 nor the 935. Great products, shit software - sad times
