40-44 scenes per movie. Write 40-44 scene headings and 1-2 sentences about what happens in each scene. Then you can just write out each scene into your screenplay.

What about Plot? Should we write it before treatment or after it?

The treatment is essentially an outline of the story. The plot gets fleshed out in the writing.

LOGLINE: A 70 year old black gentleman[PG] from India moving to South Afrika by saling[conflict] in a solar-motor-boat[setting] to [meet a KZbinr Lady] for learning to write a Screenplay [GOAL].
@road2redemption2593 жыл бұрын
It's hard to identify in a meaningful way with a goal-driven protagonist in a world where most people spend their time and energy focused on things that are not directly related to their goals. As John Lennon famously said, " Life is what happens when you are busy making other plans". This goal-driven protagonist is partly why Hollywood films have little or no bearing on life as actually lived. Most of them are infantile fantasies, and that's not a bad thing. We need to escape from reality from time to time. But as black people films can also be a powerful tool to educate ourselves and to do this they neeed to be closer to our everyday reality. So, let's not forget to write protagonists who are victims struggling to free themselves from the clutches of a powerful antagonist.

The logline suggests she went alone when we know she went with her dog.

OMG! If she says "logline" one more time without showing what the fuck a logline is, I'm going to scream.
