The 1960s is a pretty interesting decade. Television has been getting very popular during that era and most countries switched B&W television to colour television. For cartoons however, there are two sides: the bright side with great and fantastic cartoon shows such as the Hanna-Barbera ones like The Flintstones, The Jetsons and Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? And the dark side, with Looney Tunes having a massive decline in quality, especially starting in 1962-1964 and during 1967-1969, the worst out of them would be See Ya Later Gladiator (1968) For this compilation of logos from 1962, there are lots of great and fantastically done logos here and there such as: • the Indian logo at 0:29, with brilliant use of live-action modeling, the scenery looked so well made it looks as if the logo actually took place in there • 4:04 with fantastic usage of stop-motion animation • the classic NBC "living color" ident at 4:31

I noticed that the G.G.R.C logo used the 20th Century Fox fanfare and I did find what the person in that logo was doing quite funny

Let's quote a real life example of the "The Problem with Pen Island" trope: "Supermarionation is a technology, invented in the 1960s, for making marionettes whose mouths move when they are "speaking". The word is a portmanteau of "marionette" and "animation". To a modern reader, however, it's hard not to read it as "Super Mario Nation", despite it predating the video games by several decades." I suffered from the same problem too.
