In my room ventilation is very poor , there is no option for natural air coming inside. very next to window another apartment is there.. In that case whether i can install system like this to bring fresh air from terrace to inside & returning inside heat to out..

Yes we can do but it will cost more and energy also high You can try with PACU packed air conditioning unit
