Stewie tried to kill Lois. he shot her a bunch of times and she fell overboard on a cruise ship. Peter was framed for the murder, but then Lois came back just in time to prove his innocences and say it was Stewie. then Stewie ends up taking over the world or some shit. so Lois wants to kill him to make all the suffering stop. 0:59 and that's a picture of George W. Bush.

If you really want you should watch the two episodes in their entirety "Stewie Kills Lois" followed by "Lois Kills Stewie". Watching the two episodes together will help fill in the context that is usually missing with a quick compilation. Since you've already discovered that a majority of the two episodes or the plot is all a simulation created by Stewie. Where the simulation starts in the first episode is a little unclear but you clearly see where the simulation ends on the last episode where Stewie is talking to Brian.

I believe you watched these clip out of order because they are all one storyline. It was all a simulation if Stewie actually did kill Lois which eventually lead to his own death…by her!

Explaining a 10year gradual increase in conflict in the middle east where there was already 40 years of conflict before the war, that eventually leads to a 20 year conflict with a group that was previous funded by our government in proxy wars.... all summed up in 1 sentence and blaming it all on 1 guy.
