Pre programmed EVMs (ie machines with pre programmed flash chips with proper seal, etc) are supplied to each polling stations/booths for the day of polling itself where they wouldnt fudge all EVMs to make some places look natural (the answer to those innocent souls who always ask "if EVMs are manipulated, how do Karanataka, Telangana etc get non BJP governments 😁) . So, this will have a meticulous serial number mapping - to know which is fudged, which is not etc - that Amit will directly handle. Since it's the same Indian sw professionals (mostly gujjus in this case), even the manipulation won't be bug free 2. The pre programmed ones sre sneaked into the "strong rooms" with the help of highly innocent process glitches like power failures, CCTV outages, glitches in DVR, corruption of DVR memory cards etc. This can't happen across the country, so this will happen at some key places OT some places where they couldn't achieve the first method. 2nd point is comparatively easier to catch if the counting agents are vigilant enough and tally the total polled in Form 17C vis-a-vis the counted as well as tallying the serial numbers of EVMs (the polled ones vs the counted ones). Needless to say, point 1, if/wherever occurred, can't be caught at all.

He didn't mention (or the media didn't show?) two other most important things. 1. Serial number of control unit, ballot unit and vvpat used in respective booths and marked on Form 17C copy that polling agents have from the respective polling dates, should tally. 2. Match the total polled votes recorded/saved on the units when those were sealed on the date of polling, ECI published data boothwise and the same from the Form 17C copy with polling agents - there could be some minor variations, but major discrepancies indicate either the numbers fudged after the "sealing" or the machines replaced at the "strong rooms". 3. Most importantly, watch out Amits behavioral pattern, statements etc from the 2nd Jun to 4th Jun Now, there could be ditto serial numbers replaced on each case, but I don't think Amit has control to that level of details. Also, since he perceives the average intelligence of the country very low, he would have committed some obvious mistakes which would come out with a little scrutiny. There can't be any variations in Form 17 C data and votes polled shown by Control Units on counting tables as when the control units are closed total number of polled votes are shown to polling agents .These data are entered in Form 17 C and signed by all the polling agents before they are handed true copy of it.

Few more things : 1. Form 17c of respective evm is present there with presiding officer sign and polling agents sign on it. A form 17c is attached on the handle of Ballot unit and few form 17c were given to polling agents at the timing of vote. 2. Match these serial numbers (CU , VVPAT no, BU no) with form 17c. [ it could be possible that few extra machines that were used as spare have added in strong room after entering votes into it, so checking date and start time and ending time is must] 3. Check total votes on form 17c must match with machine count. 4. In case any machine found where more than 60-70% votes are given to BJP check which polling booth is that and is form 17c is given to polling agent at that booth….
