BJP has fielded Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar from Kerala's Thiruvananthapuram in a bid to breach a seat that is considered to be a Congress bastion. Chandrasekhar will be taking on sitting MP Shashi Tharoor and CPI's Pannyan Reveendran in what is slated to be a tough, three-way contest. Speaking exclusively to CNN-News18, Rajeev Chandrasekhar criticised Rahul Gandhi over the weath redistribution controversy. Chandrasekhar said the former Congress president should form his own country, just like fugitive self-styled godman Nithyananda did with Kailasa.
