Awesome video but honestly this is why I hate Hydra. I'm sure it gets easier after you do it a few times, and it would definitely take a few times to get it right but no way I'm spending like 2 or 3 hours every week on 1 run of Hydra. And of course that's only if it goes right the first time. Mess it up after 1 hour and wasted run and redo. No Thanks. Great video tho! Thanks!

I tried the shy'ak, pain keeper, wixwell, yannika team before. But I never got anywhere with it. The mischief tank (shy'ak) would always get his buffs stolen, long before the shield is at a meaningful size. His RES is way above the needed specs for mischief tank on easy and hard hydra, but it still gets rather reliably stolen before I even reach 100 rounds. That is why I gave up on it.

@@marvinchik5871 Shy'ak is preventing one of the team mates being eaten. This affects the upkeep of the buffs. Typically stuff derails catastrophically then. This strategy is just too dependent on RNG imo.

Hi friend, I love your videos. I also tried Loki in a pack with Shaik . But I noticed that even under the veil from Loki he still catches fear for two moves, is this how it should be or is it a mistake as always? You just need to watch the interception so that Shaik doesn't miss a move.

He may have left the a2 on Loki for most of the fight to stop increase attack from wrath been out there, when you want to look at blowing up your would manual and not use his a2 so block buffs falls off and wait for the steal and him to cleanse himself before exploding could be a possibility not sure how reliable he will be to a1 and keep it extended.

Obviously the only thing stopping this being full auto is the fact that intercept needs to be kept up on emic. Do we know how wixwell ai works and determines where he puts intercept? If so is there a way to force intercept to leader? Edit. Non torment cycles should be ok full auto after initial setup

There is no way of stopping fear from torment hits ,even under veil as it cannot be blocked or resisted. The only option is to manually place intercept stacks from wixwell a3 on the champs getting targeted

why sandlashed? Bambus has this skill with 2% shield growth seems better? Corvis has this skill with 25% damage debuff on poison so the shield should grow faster? Mikage brings 2 more buffs and has this extension on a 3 turn? Oella has increase resists and extension on a 3 turn?

Brogni maybe but probably not. The whole reason Yannica is there is because of the shield busting, you need a shield grower and Bambus and Brogni don't do anywhere near what Wixwell does in this role.

The whole point of wixwell is the shield growth mechanic. I also skipped him and have been kicking myself ever aince that fusion ended. I will not miss a community champ again. So no. No replacement. Brogni is the closest. Maybe the dark elf krakarth. Just hope for a wixwell summon pool or hope you pull him. Thats the boat im in.

Actually I don't even think Bambus or Brogni would work because you need Intercept on Emic to prevent his buffs from getting ripped until you want to explode the shield, Wixwell is providing the Intercept buff.

Looking for one of these that can run full auto, can this run full auto? One thing that would help 'us' is to see how few books and how few masteries and how few special sets of gear the same can be run with - even a decent high speed (and these are high speed for normal players) set of reflex is very hard to come by if F2P. For me, I have some decent enough gear, and I have all the champs for this one. However, it will be a long time for books and masteries on a new champ. I think many players don't ever have any spare lego books just hanging around. Masteries are long and expensive to farm and we have to do that with energy between other events like fusions which tend to suck up all available resources :) LMK about full auto! Thanks. Great ideas for Hydra, please keep them coming! I was thinking there might be no use for Loki and you found one!
