I really wish Marvel would do right by Loki. He could be the savior of Valhalla; the one to bridge the divide between the Frost Giants and the Asgardians, bringing a final close to the eons-old conflict between them. He's so smart, clever and resourceful, there's no reason he should be relegated to some one-dimensional bad guy stereotype. If only Marvel would understand what really motivates the heart, they could do more than make him a cliche foil for 2d heroes to smash. There's so much potential here for a really moving story arch. Loki's Redemption needs to happen. Make it so Marvel!

The Stop Motion Guy I never said good, I said right. He's complex, and calling a complex character like him good or evil isn't really appropriate. Also, Marvel has turned him more benevolent in recent issues. Look up Kid Loki. My point is that he shouldn't be just some regular evil villain, but something more sympathetic. Mischief isn't evil, it's playful, and I think they've missed that in the movies. Yeah, he wants the throne, but honestly, he should get it. He's destined to bring about Ragnarok (I don't accept the recent end to Ragnarok as cannon, gods of gods or no), which is a cycle of death and rebirth of the old gods. That's the main charge against him in the eyes of the other gods, and why they all fear his mischief making. Loki has been rebelling against unfair treatment, for the most part, and I think he's got a valid axe to grind. I'd just like to see Marvel give him more than just a one-dimensional glossing over.

Utterly amazing video! Fantastic choice of music combined with sharp and talented editing. Tom Hiddleston did such a great job playing the part of Loki. He was both victim and villian in the movie, petty and dishonest, and still you couldn't look away. Possibly the most stylish and best music video of any marvel movie. A better job could not have been done making this. Never get tired of watching it. Dynamite work!
