It showed how comfortable Loki was by how he argued/bickered, compare to how he was in Thor 1. and I love how the last people Loki saw was both Silvie and Mobius. It's not romance story, but Silvie was not just a passing pretty face.. and Mobius was not just a passing comedic character. Both of them effected Loki and important to him on same level

I love how Mobius genuinely appreciated his life on the timeline when he left the TVA. He sees his sons, he sees the jet skis, and instead of making comparisons that mean so little in the end, he is absolutely suffused with love and gratitude.
