So basically, having heard from HWR saying "I paved the road" ie everything is pre-determined, the scene is Sylvie reassuring herself that HWR is a liar and always will be. Now that he's dead, free will is now possible for her and for all. To prove that as true, she went to McDonald's, a place she considers safe, to try everything she's never had before. No wonder her arguement with Loki afterwards made sense. 😆
