Lol. I´m strugling right now but you made me laugh, not working from v7 to v10, not even with the flush tool they published. They already need a lot of software improvement. BTW I was one hand whatsapping a friends screeshots of the proccess so i could cry/laugh not alone. Luckily, you only need that hand for a click, but as the progress bar doesn´t move at all, I was afraid to need to go to the bathtroom any moment, as i ´m home alone LOOL

if you are looking through the comments because your machine will no longer turn on and are in panic mode this is the comment you are looking for (just spent the last 30 mins franticaly looking for a solution) keep holding the on button and go back on to the firmware update section on your settings. keep holding it down and it will show your machine under the bluetooth connection section.Go through the update and NEVER! let go off the on button. The key is just to Keep holding the on button right until you see the 'update successful' message. Hope this helps :)

@@christina3482sounds like you have bricked the device. It's the daftest way to the flash firmware I have ever come across. My machine power cycles holding the power button down so I'm not even risking updating firmware.

Hi. I ordered this and machine is not updating the firmware as it should. I am using a macbook air and downloaded idea studio macos apple chip. Idea Studio is now on v1.9.5 and firmware is on version 6. When i connected and chose my machine, I was able to choose the latest version (ver 9). The download button did not change to next like in your video. So I pressed download. And it is taking forever to download. Not sure what to do. No update button yet since it has not downloaded anything yet. Pls help.

I tried updating the software on my laptop but it just kept spinning. I updated the software on my Mac with no issues. I didn’t get to the firmware part yet - other things came up. That flush tool says it only works with Microsoft Windows and macOS isn’t supported

@andreaescolana60 i think the firmware for 0009 says you have to have v1.9.7 software, so maybe try updating your software first
