When I select an SVG file LokLik says the format is not supported. But it will let me select a PNG file. So what's the SVG file for? I enjoyed your tutorial

I actually stopped working with this machine. About 8 months ago they updated the software and nothing is reading. I’ve reached out to customer service and can’t seem to find any help 😫

This I am unable to answer. I’ve reached out to their customer service team 3+ times at this point, I do not plan to make anymore videos or support their company and I can not get any answers from support.
