Good afternoon sir..❤ 16:00-In 1919 occurs many of the incidents but some major are given below:- i) ON 6 April, mahatma gandhi declared ALL INDIA STRIKE aginist Rowlactt act; ii)ON 11 April, serious riots occurs in Allahabad; iii)ON 13 April, jallianwala bagh massacre in Amritsar, punjab. 17:26-OFFICIALDOM used to refer to those peoples who have a position of authority especially government, usually when they are preventing you from doing what u want to do or are slow or not effective. 21:16-The first ARC commision was chaired by MORAJI.R.DESAI and later on by HANUMANTHAIYA who became chairman when moraji.r.desai became Deputy P.M. of india. 22:21-Menepalli Narayanrao Ventachaliah was served as 2nd chairman of NHRC from 26 Nov, 1996-24 Oct,1999. 23:07-The movement gained momentum from 5 April, 2011 when anti-corrupution activist Anna hazare began a hunger strike at Jantar mantar monument in New Delhi, aimed to alleviate corruption in Indian govt through introduction of jan Lokpal bill. 31:55-Pinaki chandra Ghosh became first Lokpal of india. 58:11-NIA refers to National investigation agency.

Good evening sir 16:00 in 1919 the rowlatt act was passed in India, which led to jalliyanwala bagh massacre on 13 April 1919. 21:14 the first administrative reforms commission (ARC) was established on 5 January 1966. Morarji Desai was the first chairman of 1st ARC, and ,K Hanumanthaiah became chairman when Desai became deputy prime minister of India. 22:07 in year 2000 , a commission to review the working of constitution was appointed by the government of India under the chairmanship of a retired chief justice of supreme court , justice venkatachaliah. 22:28 Dr. Justice manepalli Narayan Rao venkatachalaiah was the chairman of the national human rights commission from 1996-1998 and 2000. 23:08 lokpal and lokayuktas bill, 2011 was passed by the parliament on December 17, 2013. The bill was introduced in the parliament following massive public protests led by anti corruption crusader Anna Hazare and his associates . The movement was popularly known as Anna andolan.
