I am so stunned! The idea with the sand is really something completely new. ...I'm just worried about the carpet in the kid's room. parents will enjoy and have fun with it for a long time. Yeah, these are really cool! Not only is the sand satisfying to play with, but then you add the hair part..so fun! And yes, I definitely recommend a safe place to play. Can get messy quick! And you are welcome, it’s what I love!

These are really cool. Love that there is no water involved. Would be really cool if LOL did a collab with Play-doh. They could make it with hair and outfit molds. I would totally collect as I love LOL and Play-doh. One can only hope. Btw, today is my birthday.

What’s cool about this series is the sand is an additional feature. Once you get the outfit out, you can toss the sand. The girls all look so cute as is

I’m so happy you reviewed these! I just saw them at Target today (!) and didn’t get one yet because I was waiting to see more about them! So I love the styling of the dolls. And so glad they came up with something other than water! But, I just don’t care too much about playability. But the sand does look really, as you said, satisfying! Still, may only get one or two. FYI: I did get one of the “head swaps” for the Tweens and got the new Haribo Tween! Adorable!

This series, even without the sand, is so cute! I don’t usually play with any of my toys either, but I do like when a toy offers more than just an unboxing. The sand on its own is pretty addicting lol. So happy you got a head swap Tween and the Haribo! Which head swap did you go with?

I actually prefer the dolls' actual hair over their sand wigs, with the exception of Hairspray Honey because she looks like the poster version of the main character from 'Hairspray' Tracy Turnblad (though I wish that the wig was made out of rubber instead of sand).

To me, it's better to lie the doll down and freestyle the hairdo (than to try to mold it, as suggested). It's sorta like playing with bubbles in the bath, like that. If you lie her in a rectangular food container, you can stand her up by standing the container on its side, if you want.

Not a fan of gimmicks but couldn't be happier it seems our little girls will be regular revealed in underpants. I always found it to be off-putting especially when their outfit was a dress. Must be the mama in me. ❤ lol. I agree the first girl was perfect. I look at the sand as an added little gift. Glad there's no water. Yay.🎉😊

I have a feeling they’re just trying to use all the lol pet sand that was not sold which is kind of sad. To be honest. I kind of wish they would go back to the paper balls, because honestly who uses the plastic ones of hands who use the plastic balls

I am also a adult who collects these, but I’m gonna pass on these. I’m not a big fan of sand in the pets speaking of which we haven’t had any in a while they stop making the pets☹️ I honestly just put it in a Ziploc bag and separate it then put on gloves and take out the items that’s in the sand for the pets someone who has nerve issue sometimes sand like that bothers me

I don’t play with the sand after I open them. We had pets in the Bubble Surprise and Mega Ball sets, so I think they are still doing them.
