Something about the e + flash combo. Depending the timing you can cancel the dash of the e, if you do it really fast you get the dash, if you do it slower you still get the projectile but you cancel the dash. If you are extremely fast , like disgustingly fast you can e backwards and flash forward making you flash in front of them and dash further in front. Also you change the trajectory with flashing so e + flash is great to catch someone hiding behind someone else. Anyways the video is really good. So here is a like

For the R2 hitbox, a general guideline to follow is that if the enemy champion is within the circle underneath akali after R1, then R2 will hit. Its how to consistently land backwards R2 while diving.

Wow, a great video that summarizes the most important key points to playing akali. A few tips for R1 + E combo tou: - for a smooth R1 + E combo you have to use E at the farthest distance you travel with your R1, if you activate it too soon during R1 animation it will come off delayed like an input lag, the closer you are to the target the farther you will travel behind him when using R1, so basically use E at the max distance of R1 animation - for R1 + E + Q you have to be at a mid to long range distance when using R1, first you have to make a perfectly smooth R1 + E like explained above, then you have to be at a mid to long range distance. Reason is if you are for example in a very close range to your target you will fly a long distance through the enemy, so when you want to do a smooth R1+E you have to wait a very long distance before using E and this distance will be too far for your Q to hit the target when you use it after E. it is possible to use Q after E still but it won’t hit the enemy and you waste a lot of energy, this is very crucial when you are in early pre level 9 when Q costs over 100 energy. To summarize, The prerequisite for this combo to work is a smooth R1+ E and an adequate distance, if you’re too close to the target it won’t hit

I think some Akalis are starting to go rocket-belt because of the speed boost towards enemies, and the extra dash (A little damage too). I tried it out myself, and it feels nice. I’m a pretty big fan of the flat magic penetration they added to rocketbelt since I feel like it makes up some of the damage that you would get from a Harvester passive if you miss your rockets. I also like the pen on the mythic passive as well ; It helps with snowballing a lot. What do you guys think?

I mean he can hard pressure her early in lane and has amazingly strong lvls 2 +6 while she sucks in that spot. flashW is guaranteed gank and akali early has energy for barerly one Q. his E can fuck up the combo and he can litterally sit in front of minions and deny her farm. BUT, if nothing big has been lost, lvl 6 akali is just always good, will beat a pantheon if played properly, thousand of ways to go behind his e.

Commenting here for the algorithm. Gonna keep doing it until 100K :) What the hell happened to the stolen Lee Sin ult there at 8:29? Does Akali shroud cancel Lee kick entirely? (She didn't even take damage btw.) I've already seen quite a few bugs in these videos, mainly about Viego and Sylas, which is pretty funny cus this is an educational channel, and not a bug showcase one (unless it's something big that really affects a champion I guess). Something interesting that I noticed about Akali, is that ever since she was reworked people were figuring out more and more tricks on how to play her well, getting better and better as time goes on, forcing Riot to continuously nerf her. If people would have known all of these tricks when her rework was fresh, I guarantee you that she would have been on a 60% winrate or something absurd like that. Just imagine if these chinese players would have a heal on Q, stealth under tower, free targeted R1, and a stun on R1. Yeah, I'd rather not. These combos and plays are absolutely insane though. Like how the R2 damage hits behind you so you can dash backwards and still do the damage if you're close enough to your opponent. I'm just thankful that most soloq Akali players are not as good as these these high elo Asian guys (they either have sub optimal mechanics, or they just don't know how to play her in the late game and they fall off). Else Riot would probably nerf her again.

As always, you're welcome! ＾＾ In that clip, the Sylas casted Lee Sin's ult on Akali, and he played out the animation and everything (his model also turned into Lee as it should) and literally nothing happened. I've just looked up Lee Sin's ult on the wiki, and found a line that says: "If the target becomes untargetable, leaves sight (...like if an Akali uses shroud), or dies before the cast time completes, Dragon's Rage cancels but does not go on cooldown." I guess something got messed up here, causing Sylas to loose Lee Sin's ult if this situation were to happen (even though it gets cancelled, lol). I guess that's a neat little trick for all Akali and Qiyana players out there if they're facing a Sylas with Lee Sin ult xd

Akali can easily extend her R1 and R2, is not that hard, it's a better option to use R Flash since the enemy won't expect it. Flash R will alert everyone of your plan. The secret to not fail while using this trick is, similar to other champs, to use the flash right at the end of the animation, not in the middle of it.
