Remember that if the carry buys a spell shield, Singed’s W is able to proc it if you get the projectile to pass over the shield as it’s now coded to be a projectile. Rocketbelt can proc spell shields easier too.

2:00 note singed went for a MS boost to Jhin and also to Q minions to push and secure lv 2. Also during the fight he runs back for a second, hits minion with AA and runs back to Renata. All that to make sure he hits lv 2 and grabs her.

@@Harlem6Jhe's just bot lane. AD means attack damage in case you forget about it. Any attack damage build role is AD, the one who carries the damage has role ADC. It's usually ranged champions since their damage is unmatched late game. For example if Seraphine go bot, zed go mid, jung and top are tanks then zed is the ADC, Seraphine is utility role mixed with APC. So even if Singed build AD if his main source of damage is AP or anyone in his team has more AD damage potential than him then hes obviously not ADC.
