they made NA Bo1 to increase views for it, plus it's barely competitive anyway. LCK gets a ton of views with Bo3 and is an extremely competitive region, so I doubt they would make it Bo1

Why is the video not scaled properly to 1080p? Why is the resolution so low? Who recorded this. I would say this is terrible to see in 2018 and there is no excuse for this. It looks like something from 2010. Fix this.
