Salim Niazi his team is a 4 man protect and babysit the adc comp if he didnt perform well with all the space and resources he was given the entire team would fall apart and lose every other game, imagine if uzi had to compete with a carry top and jungle like khan and peanut giving up resources to them like pray does, he would probably be considered not even one of the best adc in china, when deft was in china he had to compete with scout for resources and he still destroyed uzi literally every single time they played against each other. Uzi is a great player and most likely the best adc in china but everyone always gives credit to that but rarely to the rest of rng including their staff, and they deserve it as well
