Tbf g2 went to semis in msi they started scrimming way later than rest of lec since WOMP WOMP the 1 team region only had 1 team out of groupstage

BDS winning against G2 is something I didn't expect. You could say that G2 is the greatest counter to BDS and for them to win means something. Either G2 has become worse or BDS improved a lot.

I think it's both I mean LEC teams improved significantly after Spring and every team except GiantX puts up a fairly equal fight, I haven't seen stomps

sk went 3-0 first week in spring then didnt even make play offs, g2 even came 3rd in the split but still won and went to msi, it doesnt mean much at this point

@@Beefwelliington it does. It shows that team isn’t consistent, that you can never fully rely on it. It also shows that the team struggles in its own league whereas LPL/LCK is 100 years ahead and none of them would struggle against any LEC team 😉

@@abgar3589that's quite an overreaction. It's most likely just the post msi slump. All the other teams have more practice on this patch. Plus teams that actually have worlds aspirations know it's all about timing your peak. This split isn't a priority, especially the bo1s

You guys here are the kind of people that will always have something to say. Will G2 win worlds ? Probably not. But will they don’t make it to worlds and not be the one team of EU region anymore ? No. G2 always (almost) win LEC, could you just imagine how much bored they are to play the regular season in a league without any challenge left to them ? What’s the point ? They will throw at regular season like always, they will maybe throw the start of the playoffs and go in loser bracket and then they will awake and outperform every other teams, ending by winning the split. And then they will be hype for the start of worlds because there will be something interinteresting for them. But will it be enough ? No because they won’t be prepared enough by their region. The problem isn’t G2. The problem is all the other teams of the LEC that got so low goals that the league isn’t competitive and can’t be good enough to make a champion capable of winning worlds.

because he had guardian proc on him and if he flashes forward he was gonna get hit with the handshake anyways and pushed backwards and it woulda been a waste of flash for nothing. also, caps was near so its not worth risking it

G2 is done. Caps really showing his age and broken brain can't lane to save his life. They got the worst ad carry in the league and miky is unreliable. Yike will never solo carry a game so don't expect G2 to win more then 2 or 3 games this season.

I follow one rule: If you can't go 11-0 in LEC then you don't have the smallest chances at worlds so simply after this week I have my own conclusions. I am the guy who always compare myself to the best if I wanna be the best. Can you imagine Gen.G going 1-2 in LEC? It's hard to imagine them going anything else than 11-0. And lastly... G2 AD carry should've been replaced 1 season earlier, it has no future. This is Draven OTP with terrible teamfight positionings, alwas behind in gold and struggling to deal damage regardless of champion he's playing. Also the fact that Adam has 270 cs @ 42 min... Sadly another two tricks pony, if BDS had better toplaner they would really be insane team with Ice.

@@abgar3589 As the helpful commenter above me already mentioned, I have no clue where you get 11 games from. There's 10 teams in the LEC and you play against each once, apart from yourself. That is, let me write it down for you: 10 - 1 = 9 games. I have no idea how or why betting odds play a role in any of that, according to you, but you do you, buddy.
