@@MrRJMGREEN The Peter Sellers character Quilty just can’t replace Winters’ Charlotte during the second half of the film. Also Sellers’ performance is disappointing for me, especially given his brilliance in Strangelove a couple of years later. I’d like to read a defense of Sellers’ performance and of what Kubrick wanted from the Quilty character.
