At least its on modern consoles since PS3 was on the cell processor which was notoriously difficult to work with and will probably not be emulated by Sony ever. If at least we get x64 versions of PS3 I'm happy with that. That means they can be endlessly ported. And that means it could be sold on PC given the rights. So, unlike games that are only on PS3, which will probably never fully be fun or worthwhile to emulate, as long as these games get ported to x64 artichetures we'll be able to see them again in the future. Which is consolation enough to me.

It's so sad they decided to just remaster this instead of the intended remake. It's a great game and shafting it hurts the player base rather than saving the company money. Might just lose them money when they treat it like it's not worth making better. It's insane how Gunnlike this game is too. They call it a Suda51 game, but it's got Gunn's prints all over it.

You get copyrighted skins and music exclusive to the original game. There's no downside here. Also the original game has value if you do plan on selling it.

Looking at Sony’s YT page, this particular trailer has significantly more views than anything else around it. Hope it does well so we can see more of these types of remasters (games that actually need one) or more of this IP. We don’t get a lot of games like this anymore.
