Hey Friend, Happy Tuesday. I absolutely love your weekly vlogs; seeing what you do throughout the week. I love how you make a to do list everyday of everything that you got to get done and then cross it off as you go. I got to go through my dresser and closet again to see what clothes fits me and what I don’t wear anymore. 😅😊 I try to only wash my hair in conditioner only 2 or 3 days out of the week. I use shampoo in my hair everyday which I might cut back on as well. I just feel like my hair will be horrible in the morning and not wanting to stay down if I don’t use shampoo. 😅

Great idea to "beef up" cottage cheese, with protein powder, granola, etc.! I'm going to try that as an afternoon snack! So to stay toned, you do "heavy" weights, plus a yoga tone with light weights, correct? I'm trying to incorporate a yoga tone into my workouts, since seeing you do them!

Your hair looks really good! Do you ever find that parking at trader joes is hard some daays? I have been there a few times this year and most of the time i had to park at a hospital nearby.
