Surprised on how everyone is being petty and biased bashing Teo’s approach, demeanor, and confidence. No doubt Loma is one of the best to do it but Teo has some cojones to seek this fight and is hungry. His willingness to step up to Loma in the current boxing world speaks volumes. I watched the whole hour. Loma was his usual self, man going to war knowing what he's capable of. Pretty much another day in the office, 'normal'. Teofimo Jr glancing at his daddy seeking support, Loma staring there like a Sitting Bull. I’m genuinely baffled at how blasé Teo and his team are being about this fight. Showing zero respect to a future hall of famer. By round 4/5 Teo is going to realise he is in the ring with a different animal, then by round 9/10 Lomas relentless terminator style will have broken Teos will completely, and his body will follow. Everyone is saying Teofimo looks scared. True, but that doesn't always mean you're going to lose. His reflexes are keyed up. There are MMA fighters who literally vomit before their fights from fear. Mike Tyson used to break down crying before some of his earliest fights (and he did alright). I've got Loma to win but not because of some weird Teddy Atlas Riker's Island bullshit ("Oh, I asked him if I could have his milk carton and he said yes, so now he's my bitch."). WBC allowed Loma to petition for the opportunity to fight for the vacant belt against Campbell when Campbell and Haney or even a Campbell Fortuna, sanction paying fighters of WBC, should have been given the opportunity to win the belt first and then Loma can negotiate for his shot at it. 2-He doesn't even have to defend it by way of his mandatory. Something the WBC could have immediately instituted under their rules for a fighter winning the WBC belt while vacant. They chose not to. Instead they approved Loma's petition for Franchise denying the alwayd sanction paying Haney's opportunity to be great, instead letting Loma become Franchise champion leading to ESPN marketing LomaLopez as undisputed when it truly isn't because the Franchise title is a designation/status more than anything and you have no fighting champion onligations such as mandatories. This causes confusion with the fans when you have ESPN marketing it as undisputed (great fight btw) meanwhile Devin is defending THE WBC lightweight title 2 weeks later and there will always be that core group that says Loma or Lopez is really undisputed when in all actuality, the WBC denied Haney's chance that he paid for in their sanctioning body. Yes he has the belt, but when people don't recognize it, there's a problem. Charlo is the champ just like Haney is the champ. Lucky for Charlo, Canelo moved up, so he doesn't have to deal with it. Loma still fighting at lightweight. WBC just did him dirty imo. Hope this makes sense if you read it all 😂. I know it was long.

I feel like Teo has a lot of things going on in his head. Could be the slight difference. There were times he felt uncomfortable but both fighters are different in the ring. I think, It will be a little slow at first being both fighters love to counter. Loma will be busy but sizing it up. But yes, a lucky punch can be a game changer. No different than a home run hitter in baseball. The thing is Linares had a home run and I have seen Loma dismantle him after that. Its going to be a interesting fight. Loma busy with ring control, elusiveness and quick, Teo waiting and taking to give that counter, explosive and hungry. @hagler10033 yes, I think everyone has the intent to throw a haymaker and by doing so it puts the head down and it’s lucky when it connects on a direct spot. Pac and Teo’s haymakers are similar because they are great counter punchers. And for them they were expecting to get hit(head or chin in) in order to throw that type of punch. There are others that just throw it to throw it and it’s more of a hope rather than a luck. Lucky to me is more effective. Nothing wrong with a haymaker when thrown at the right time and if it connects(inches) in the right area....lights out.
