The purple carpet in the Enchanting room inhibits the Enchantment table from getting the benefit from the Bookshelves. Use Purple Wool on the floor instead, it has the same texture, and allows the Bookshelves to power the Enchantment Table.

I will rate it 9,98 out of 10. If you make a house with a concrete, iron bar, iron block and wood casco, then double wall one inner wall and one outer wall, and double floors, and a ceiling. Then it will be 10/10.

You can add some walls around the house to make it safe too, and decorate the house more especially where you covered the redstone so it won't look as blocky as it is

@@stormjupiter559 you can use an automatic dispenser by putting observers facing eachother behind the dispenser, and you can turn off by using a sticky piston to pull the observers apart. though you would have to keep refilling the dispenser with water splash potions.
