A Lomcovák (or incorrectly spelled Lomcevak) is a family of extreme aerobatic maneuvers where the aircraft, with almost no forward speed, rotates on chosen axes due to the gyroscopic precession and torque of the rotating propeller.
Lomcovaks are very disorienting but otherwise fairly gentle for the pilot. However, they are highly stressful on the aircraft structure and should only be performed by airplanes built for aerobatics.

A Lomcevak maneuver requires the aircraft to actually travel tail first at some point. I did not see this. I just saw a snap roll. Maybe I missed something.

That's a tailslide. During a typical Lomcovak you go straight up and start with an aileron roll, which gradually turns into an outside snap roll, ideally making the plane rotate at all of its axes consecutively or nearly simultaneously (more like tumble, really). Or at least the plane should transition through the aileron roll, loaded roll, backwards rotation on a wing tip at the highest point, then ideally end with a double hammerhead or close to that. But there are different types of Lomcovaks. The one shown here is performed while climbing at a 45° angle. Then there is what I suppose is called "cap Lomcovak", where the plane transitions from an aileron roll to basically an inverted flat spin while still going upwards (belly down).
