How 3 millions years old stone still held a sharp edge?

I have dug up artifacts like this. Hundreds of stone carving tools. Where could I get these looked at? Thank you!

You're a psychic. Without Energy being capitalized, asking where to get stones looked at. Good God LMAOO

Probably made to make it easier to cut if the edge was sharp, to cut food. What else was found in the area?

I created flakes like that as a kid, heaving large granite boulders against each other just for fun. Then I cracked the flakes into smaller bits with other rocks. I guess I had learned about stone age tech in school and wanted to create something tool like, but mainly it was a boyish past time. Perhaps the Lomekwi apes needed to vent some energy by cracking rocks, since as tools the samples in the video seem more or less useless.

3rd archaological site in this region, to yield significant finds, would be my guess.

THere is nothing to prove this was created by our direct ancestors.

what do you mean? that it could have been from another species? since our ancestors then proceeded to improve these techniques, it s quite logical to make the link with these older stones.

@@unhommequicourt There were other species related to the homo genus which also used stone tools. Two which come to mind were Australopithecus and Paranthropus. It may be logical to jump to certain conclusions but, science isn’t supposed to jump to conclusions without sufficient evidence.
