- 800g thin Loin Fillets
- 500g Tortiglioni or, failing that, large macaroni
- Olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 4 or 5 Cloves of Garlic
- 800ml Cooking cream
- 2 tablespoons of Bovril (meat concentrate)
- Black pepper
- Salt
