You're gaining on me WW! Will try to watch this tonight. I checked your timestamp list and it looks totally wonderful! Mum and I are off to Kew Gardens Christmas Lights tomorrow, so on the off chance you have a premiere tomorrow, I will be out and about. Otherwise, see you all at the next premiere! Btw, Mum and I saw Fortnum and Masons outside as well as all floors inside during Christmas 2019, plus the Burlington Arcade diagonally opposite on the other side of the street. In fact, I filmed my walk through the entire arcade, WW style...but certainly not to your high standards. I've made a mental note to do the Burlington Arcade first as that closes before F&M.

@@WatchedWalker Hello WW. What a coincidence. I was just about to write to you. Yes we've picked a glorious weather day for Kew Christmas lights. Mind you I booked this way back in February so it was luck of the draw regarding the weather but it's worked out beautifully. Our time slot is one of the earliest at 4:40pm and i have parking arranged too. Kew is actually open till 10pm during Xmas lights including the excellent gift shop. I very much doubt we will be there that late though! We are actually setting off from Canterbury around noon not bec it takes that long to get to Kew but we want to visit a very large garden centre on the way thay was recommended to us and still have plenty not time jn case of traffic. Ive studied, printed and downloaded the Kew trail map too just for my own FYI. We have been to this event in 2019 but the trail is a bit different this year. Hope I haven't jinxed myself but i THINK my chest pain is a bit better now but too early to tell. I will have a CT scan in Nov 30th and who knows maybe by then I will have recovered fully! But I will still have the scan. Thank you so much for thinking of us WW. And yes the Burlington Arcade does close early but still a bit after dark. It's a great place, very classy with some interesting rules such as no whistling etc. I also recall they have a small Harrrods shop in there. Glad to hear im not missing a premiere tonight. Our Christmas events schedule is quite busy but hope to see you and all the regulars at the next premiere. Oh and I noticed dates have been announced for Canary Wharf Lights in Jan 2022. I'm sure you are already aware. Speak soon WW! Oh and we are caught up in this latest video of yours. Really truly wonderful!

@gennifer woodfall The layout of the roads haven't changed much. However the pavement (or sidewalk as it's called in the US) has been improved with new paving stones and in parts of the road itself has been narrowed. There were plans to completely pedestrianize Oxford Street but this was dropped by the Mayor of London, simply because the shop owners refused it.

Wonderful video as always...transported to wonderland of Alice with whimsical Hermes windows and Fortnum and Mason windows. Amazing mix of Art and tech to decorate the windows. Liked them very much. 😊. Honestly you're vid helped me to locate HMV store on oxford street( in your previous videos) I own an old HMV gramaphone belonging to my grandma,it's a 1954 make, I was unable to get the brushpin back in mumbai ,now that I know this store I will able to buy the same when I get a chance to visit London next. Thank you AS! About that HMV store on Oxford Street, it has been closed for a while now, they do have a website that lists other stores they have, though I'm not sure you'd get what you need there, you might have to try a specialist store. All the best!

London is a international multicultural city and full of character charm and a vibrant city other UK cities cannot compete with London.

@jamal staines Don't say things like that you'll get other cities upset, especially in the North of England. York and Durham for example are very fine cities. Also the West End of London is admittedly very nice, all down to careful urban planning encouraged by the Prince Regent, later King George IV. Other parts of London are not so nice.
