They have every right to be annoyed at some of the decisions from the officials, that being said do it after the game because once they’ve given it nothing is going to change. They should’ve focused their attention on what they can impact, formation changes, subs and encouragement!

@@thomashayes1448 As an avid sunday league watcher on youtube, it's not just the dons, it's every single team throwing tantrums and arguing uselessly with the refs. Never once has a ref backed down from a call. I get the frustration, but it's always ridiculous to watch as a third party. Also gonna say, the linesmen have no say in regular rulings, the only way they can come under scrutiny is if they deliver wrong information to the ref or have bad off-side calls, which they didn't in this game. Acting out on them for calls the main ref makes is not fair.

I was at this game by the corner flag. The call for the pen was so poor and the Lino bottled the call he saw it and knew it wasn’t a penalty. But what a day out. 3k+ supporters for 2 Sunday league teams who I thought played a more entertaining brand and style of football than I have seen watching league 1 and 2 football. Grass roots was the winner despite the result for se dons. What the dons have created and what they have done for football is inspiring. It’s more than a football club! It’s a culture.

I go to every SE Dons game every single week and i’m proud to say i am part of the family. But honestly speaking the problem with the Dons is they do not stand their ground hard enough and set a proper example. What i mean by this is, for example why the hell is Ryan Palmer starting? I don’t care if his been here the longest or if he has built this club - respect where respect is due - BUT the Club comes first no matter what. If he or others really cared about the club, he would put any ego aside and people like Donny or George should also chat to him on a level and tell him he does not deserve to start AT ALL ESPECIALLY it being in the final against our biggest rivals, which makes it even more of a reason for Ryan not to start. How would the existing players feel? A player that hasnt even been playing regularly Sundays, whatever the reason may be, it does not matter. He can’t just be starting every flipping final the Dons get into just because he is an OG???? This is the problem with Dons - the lads higher up need to stand their mark and put the Club first before ANY player, Old or New. In comparison to Baiteze, look at all the new boys leading the team and winning their league and cups too. You think they wud allow old guys who havent been playing regularly the whole season to just start against Dons IN A FINAL? No chance. I want our club to get better but seriously there needs to be a change. I dont think King is the right man for the job - I don’t think the players take him seriously enough as most guys are probably much older than him. King needs to step down if he genuinely cares - the comparison between him and Tommy (baiteze manager) is absolutely clear. Tommy is milessss ahead and you can tell he is a serious manager whereas King seems like a gimmick. We can talk about penalty calls or ref made bad decisions but reality is Dons lost because of all these things they need to heavily check within themselves. But I do hope se dons start taking this stuff more serious. Because they ain’t far off baitez. It’s just the discipline & desire. I would build around Cat in goal, k runna, briggs, mk47, dan veran, & Brad. keep Rooney, keep splatty, maybe lefty too. Everyone else can go x1s. Baiteze are just better right now, faster stronger and technically better. We had so many chances just weren’t clinical enough, need to start sorting out the defence even though they weren’t the main issue today. Midfield didn’t help them enough and no one took their chances. SE dons need to start carrying themselves with more class, flips touching Imed and Nathan lashing out it’s child like behaviour. You can’t preach about being men then act like children. Pen decisions were wrong on both sides. Dons will be back and they will bounce back strong !!

Watch both teams and had Baiteze as my favourites. I felt Josh and Obi would be the difference and they were. I think it's fair to say the Dons are probably three-four quality players behind Baiteze. MK47 and Dan Varane must be the CB pairing next season. You won't be playing teams every week with the firepower of Baiteze. Added quality is a must Dons want to challenge for the nationals and London cup next season. Also, I am seeing Kingy getting stick - I think Dons should stick with him. His communication has improved so much. A couple of recent games his half time speeches have been amazing. Still in with a chance of winning the league and also the Plumstead cup. Me 2, watching them both baiteze is just a more polished side. They just gel much better ! When the going gets tough they know how to manage a game how to see it out ! In addition their attackers are second to none. Their spine is phenomenal and they have the fundamentals. When the game gets to that knife edge ! The dons really haven’t had that cutting edge. A family club doesn’t mean a perfect club brother. Most of our sideline are man that haven’t grown up in the football environment. We are a club that isn’t afraid to show our imperfections. Yes I believe we are very good role models. Flips has had a little push on the sideline. So what. We’re not PG we never have been. That’s baiteze hashtag and UTR.

I think after watching both sides videos the Dons had a lot more good chances in the match. Baiteze won their league unbeaten and to me were favourites coming into the game, so the fact that SE Dons looked the better side had more chances and Big Mo was MotM, shows a lot of credit to the Dons.

Always been a fan of the Dons and respect everything they've done in the grassroots/sunday league game. When it comes to vlogging and starting a social media trend to record games at the lower levels, you lot were pioneers. However the more I've watched recently, especially in this video on one of the biggest stages for a club in grassroots, I do think there's been a lack respect towards other clubs from the Dons. The touchline antics is embarrassing and the behaviour is becoming a bit... leave it. Big up both clubs for continuing to inspire others round the world and big up Baiteze for winning in style and with true composure.

I haven't watched YT Sunday League in Years. Baiteze have upgraded their talent - Why am I seeing the same players I saw back in the day at SE Dons - Is there no competition for places? Good Game as a neutral. Baiteze clearly had better talent and discipline. Wishing the Dons the best.

I use to watch SE Dons and enjoyed what they were but then I stopped because it was just too much abuse against other teams and wasn't enjoyable anymore, then coming back here as I started watching Baiteze You guys be abusing that linesman and now you have this new manager who swears every sentence but you guys call yourself a family club but you talk with 0 respect and behave like some hooligans cmon lads show some respect and behave different because a lot of young kids here are watching and they look up to you guys. Can’t really blame a penalty when you lost 3-1 … yeah it was a major factor in the game but you had more than enough chances to win the game. Baiteze was more clinical & overall watching both of you guys seasons, they are just more of a consistent side . Nevertheless this was bigger than just a football match this was culture! Disappointed in King post match, he's allowed his frustration to get the better of him. It wasn't a lack of desire today, it was great keeping from the lad in Baitezes net, it was an unfortunate decision from the ref, and missed chances from Rooney and Dinho. Thats football, it happens 🤷🏼‍♂️

Referee bs aside I don't think the Dons deserved anything out of this game, I mean you say their GK had a blinder but most of those shots were less then a foot away from him, he never made any full length saves, yeah his reactions were good but the shots should have been better and not give him a chance (like for the goal) just my opinion of course.
