Just like to say that sometimes traffic stops in places it's not supposed to be because the traffic line suddenly stops and there isn't anything you can do. The traffic in London is so screwed for many reasons that drivers do get frustrated. You ride considerately unlike the majority of cyclists in London so thank you.

I imagine there are a lot of injuries caused by the arrogant self-centered in London. Not just cyclists, though. The way pedestrians behave in London is quite extraordinary.

The car did the right thing stopping for the pedestrian trying to cross, that was clear a few seconds before you attempted to pass. Also I get cars blocking the junction isn’t great because they shouldn’t have gone until the junctions clear, but that applies to us cyclists too. Cars blocking your way while manoeuvring isn’t great either but you weren’t there or at least visible to them when they started (excluding the taxi) so just as if you were in a car we wait! Great how polite you are, stopping for reds and wish more of us used a bell. Crap how many cars pass you close, no excuse!

Thanks mate, I still record on a daily basis however I didn't had much time to edit lately... Changed jobs in June and is now a little busier, a lot going on in the summer and also have some holidays coming up but hopefully I will get some time towards the end of September to work on the backlog of videos. I was thinking also that I should start live-streaming the commute daily instead of recording it and then use some sort of AI to automatically get the "best moments" and create this videos but we'll see.

I encountered a double-decker bus today that completely invaded the entire cycle box. Since the driver's window was open I commented "that's a funny looking bike you're riding". She just laughed 🤷‍♂

That yellow box at 2:54 also drives me mental. People stop in it without fail almost every time I cycle past it. It’s funny how people hate on London cyclists but say nothing about the other London vehicles. They’re no better as an average. People in the big city are generally like this regardless of what they use to get around. Blocking bike boxes, cutting people off, reversing into them, failing to give way to pedestrians and cyclists, passing too close, ALSO running red lights. I’ve seen plenty of red light running cars and scooters and even buses here, yet cyclists seem to get all the blame. It’s not an enjoyable experience to cycle on the roads here.

Never seen so many walkers on the embankment tunnel bit with no pedestrian access. That was walking dead level. To be fair it's messed up and forces peds to cross a difficult road. I do it every morning and always watch for a walker there. Wag my finger at them. One guy screamed at me like he would legit kill me if he got close enough. Like a walker keep them at a distance.

It would be good to see how motorist behaviours changes, as TfL get new powers to issue fines for traffic infringements. Now I would hope in the same way, a cyclist can submit a video to the police, TfL will also do this

I like this channel but you've been critical of other road users but at 3:50 you crossed a solid white line at the lights. Yes cars do pollute but so do electric vehicles.....power stations are needed to generate electric and 2.5 million tonnes of concrete are needed to construct them. Concrete is the worst pollutant of all. 2.5 millions tonnes of concrete is more than 10 million petrol cars will ever cause in pollution. On top of this your synthetic clothing for example. 500g of synthetic produced is more than a petrol car will ever cause in pollution. Anyway. I'm a cyclist but good and bad road users amongst everyone. Don't use the channel as a way of criticism of other users. enough KZbin channels do that. Id just like to find a channel of someone enjoying their commute without the constant criticism.
