Miniclip pretends to care about people's complaints. For example, I've seen a lot of comments in Play Store complaining about hackers, bad spin and win prizes, slow connection, the cue ball etc. And Miniclip has replied to some of them, saying things like: report, improve everyone's experience etc. But those replies don't seem meaningful. Reports are useless. Miniclip never takes proper action against hackers. Spin and win has always been bad.
