Very nice vlog, thanks for posting. It was very quiet on the Sunday at the July LFCC last year too, and the year before. The Scottish blue shirt is a lovely bloke, but he also illustrates one of the big issues with Showmasters events. The utter chaos at the busy photoshoots with the batches. This could be done sooo much better, but SM refuses to change or listen to feedback. For one, instead of having someone scream out the batch numbers, have a big board or a screen with the current batch being processed. They've done it this way for over a decade though so I doubt they'll ever change.

I absolutely agree with you! Unless a con is willing to listen to guest feedback and pointers for improvement they’ll continue to make the same mistakes and loose footfall! It was a shame but an absolute sign of people’s lack of trust in the company! X

Wow London comic con is huge, ive not been to a London comic con, ive been to Liverpool and Manchester and Telford and Sheffield, i used to love Buffy and angel,glad you got to meet David. Hope you had an amazing time. 👍

Its an interesting one Diane! This was the most seamless one we went too but only because it was dead compared to other conventions we've been too! I'd say go for it but be very careful with showmasters, they've really messed us about in the past! xxx

Regarding the Mark Patton and Kim Myers prices. I was there all three days and on Friday they were £20 each. When I went back on Saturday to get Mark and Kim to sign an extra item for me, the price had gone up to £25. According to the Showmasters person on their table it was meant to be £25 from the get go, the site had accidently listed it at £20 and they didn't realize their mistake until after the first day. This has happened several times in the past with me for a guest. Expect them to be at the advertised price and then at the show it has gone up. But there has been one or two times when the price has gone down from what the site said. Always worth to have a little extra cash on hand in case that happens.

I agree with all the points. I was there both days and it was indeed dead on Sunday. I didn't appreciate having to spend £5 on a sausage roll though - overpriced much?? Decent video throughout, but you then spoit by playing bagpipes and showing a Scottish flag over the Scottish guy who's promoting Sylvester McCoy?? Is it so odd to have a Scot there? I came from Edinburgh to go to the Con - we must be really something special!
