I hate new builds, I understand Treu however my mum owned a lot of new builds and rented them out. The maintenance of the building it is shit over time, inc for landlords. Actually it becomes never-happening. A dream shatters within 5-10 years and it becomes dated and horrible + they're not built the same anymore. Massive no for me when it comes to new builds although I understand the amenities are tempting. Good luck with the process!

My 17yo son is & I see several traits in both of u. Noorie’s high sensitivity to things & nervousness & Trieu’s obsession with things.
