London Heathrow Airport in Snow- Terminal 3 December 18-19, 2010

A video that shows the 24 hours spent stranded at London Heathrow while the airport officials continually lied to us saying it would be a few hours more, a few hours more, then nothing. Most poorly managed situation I have ever experienced!

@planeboy737 sadly no-- since we were already checked in to our flight, they had our bags & told us we WOULD be flying out first thing the next day. BAA started to "try" to block entrances at 9:00 so we were told to stay overnight in the airport or risk not getting back in in the AM. come morning, turns out that was all kind a lie or general misstatement b/c no one was going anywhere. but yes the next night, once we got a real answer and our bags back, we got a much appreciated hotel!

i was suppose to be here as well on the 20Dec, but i was stuck and miss the CX flight to Hong Kong....but now i find is better to stay in UK rather than back to HK

hey i was there on exactly that day and i was suposed to fly on virgin atlantic flight 21 to washington dc but our flight got cancelled but luckily three days later we beat the odds of out plane leaving (3 to 1) and flew out
