Thanks , why your joist distant looks like 600mm centre. joist size looks 8/2 . Do you think floor more bounce because of joist distance. Joist should be 400mm centre.

All dpc's should be bedded on mortar top and bottom, never just place mortar just on top of the dpc, the British Standard states this. As you have built the outer leaf brick first the wall ties are lower towards the inner leaf block which can allow damp to track through. All the best

What you noticed in video the dpc is jst sitting in bricks that was for inspector to see that we have actualy met the dpc level once brcik work started it was all done according to regs brother Thanks anyways
