Thank you very much for your comment . About minimum requirement, It is better we stay in UK atleast for 1.5 years (To build credit score). Then if we arrange 10% of the house price as deposit, I think we are good to go. I heard that there are some, who got the mortgage at 5% of the house price as deposit also. Also, if the job is full time, then the lender may incline positively Please let me know if you have any other questions about this
