How do we research our 18th-century ancestors in London? British vital records and census weren’t published until the early 19th century. What do we have apart from the Bevis Marks archives? The meeting will discuss resources available to genealogists researching 18th-century Sephardic ancestors in London. Sources such as contemporary media, publications, images, and financial and court records can give us new insights into the lives of our 18th-century ancestors.
