Looks good, doesn't it ? The underground scene was filmed at a real (disused) station. Obviously they made sure the power supply to the track section was cut off. The shot of the train approaching was a mock up of the front of a train cab pushed along the tracks manually from behind by the TV crew. The close ups of the stationary train was a real train (Again after the power was cut ). It was all edited together afterwards to make it look continous.

@@jameschristmas3206 Yes, this was filmed at Aldwych, even though back then this part of the Piccadilly Line was still in normal service before the Aldwych branch closed in September 1994.
